Sales Representative – In‑field Roofing Sales

About the role

Premier Roofing is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Omaha. You will work directly with homeowners affected by storm damage, guiding them through the insurance claim process and delivering high‑quality roof, siding, and gutter restorations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect in the field, meet homeowners, assess damage, and close sales.
• Explain insurance claim options and maximize homeowners’ reimbursements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inspection to final payment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, proposals, and contracts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Competitive, self‑driven individuals who want to control their earnings.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting solutions.
• Independent work ethic with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to climb ladders and inspect rooftops safely.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably 2+ years of sales experience, though hustle can compensate.
