Liberty Mutual is looking for motivated individuals to join its Inside Sales team as Inbound Sales Representatives. This remote position focuses on handling warm leads and inbound calls, guiding prospective and existing policyholders toward the right insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to warm leads generated by the company.
• Assess customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Convert qualified leads into policyholders while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets.
