Sales Representative – Chains – San Diego South

About the role

We are experts in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow account relationships in the San Diego South area. You will drive sales of supplier brands through effective planning, execution, and communication while representing our fun, family‑based culture.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts on a daily route, creating an efficient routing pattern.
• Identify opportunities, complete surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
• Maintain product inventory, restock shelves where legally permissible, and conduct staff training on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns, and aged receivables; collect payments where allowed.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals for supplier brands.
• Support new account openings by preparing opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for customer visits.
• Passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced selling environment.
