Sales Representative – Chains – San Diego Mid‑City

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our chain accounts in the San Diego Mid‑City area. You will represent our beer, wine and spirits portfolio, build strong relationships with customers, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar placements and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where permitted, and conduct staff training on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, including collection of payments where legally allowed.
• Address customer issues promptly and refer escalations to management.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals for supplier brands.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings and opening orders.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Full‑time availability with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the San Diego Mid‑City region on a regular basis.
