Sales Representative – Chains (Orange County North)

About the role

We are a leading beer, wine and spirits distributor seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage chain accounts in Orange County North. The role involves building relationships, promoting supplier brands and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned chain accounts on a daily route, conduct surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Present and sell new products, manage back‑bar placements, update drink and wine lists, and execute promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars and product demonstrations.
• Process credits, returns and aged receivables, and collect payments where legally allowed.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on opening new accounts and developing opening orders.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set for supplier brands.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced selling environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
