Sales Representative (1099) – $80K–$110K+, No Experience Required

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged properties. As a field Sales Representative you will work directly in neighborhoods affected by storms, building trust and guiding customers through the repair process. This is a commission‑based, 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and establish trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn a new industry.
• Comfortable handling rejection and persisting with prospects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full‑time hours during storm season and adapt to evenings or weekends as needed.
