Sales Order Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Sales Order Processing Specialist to join the Order Management Group in Houston. The role ensures that customer orders are reviewed, validated and fulfilled accurately, supporting global brands across LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders in internal systems within established service‑level expectations.
• Manage and prioritize an active order queue to meet timely fulfillment targets.
• Review incoming order and contract documentation for completeness, accuracy and quality.
• Validate order details against Salesforce records before approval.
• Support fulfillment activities such as setting up client profiles and distributing login information.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies using analytical judgment.
• Collaborate with sales, internal partners and cross‑functional teams while also working independently.
• Maintain order records and generate reports using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
