Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Seasats is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the quote‑to‑booking process as deal volume grows. Based in San Diego, you will partner with business development leads and engineering teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely quotes, and smooth CRM management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pricing and quotes, and act as the first responder for inbound RFQs.
• Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) before weekly pipeline reviews.
• Design and implement workflow automation (Slack, Zapier, pricing catalogs) to reduce manual effort.
• Receive and route customer purchase orders and contract documents for internal review.
• Build pricing and cost models used by business development leads in proposals.

Required profile

• Excellent written communicator who thrives on organizing information and closing loops.
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable working with engineers on tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to guide multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce or HubSpot CRM (workflow and report building).
• Slack Workflow Builder, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• CPQ or configurable‑product pricing experience.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
