Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports regional sales teams by maintaining reporting, tracking goals, and providing on‑site assistance at the CenterPoint West showroom. This hourly position is based in Costa Mesa, CA, and requires daily interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regional sales reporting, goal tracking, and promotion data.
• Assist regional sales managers and territory representatives as needed.
• Coordinate and set up regional meetings for sales, service, and equipment teams.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
• Manage showroom operations: open/close CenterPoint, greet customers, check‑in guests, and handle badge distribution.
• Support CenterPoint Experience trips and ensure showroom supplies are stocked.
• Maintain organized calendars and assist with project initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with a positive, flexible attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
