Sales Operations Associate

About the role

Snap Inc is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join the Intelligence & Data Architecture team within Sales Operations. You will build datasets and dashboards that power insights and strategies for the revenue organization, working closely with sellers, sales leaders, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards for sellers, managers, and leadership to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Support development and maintenance of data pipelines feeding the sales data warehouse, improving reliability and accessibility.
• Partner with Sales Strategy, CRM, Product Marketing, Finance, and Data Science to deliver clear, actionable analysis and reporting.
• Drive adoption of self‑serve datasets and dashboards through documentation, training, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Monitor support channels for data warehouse and BI users, troubleshoot issues, manage access permissions, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, and workflow tools to streamline reporting and enhance self‑service analytics.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data‑warehousing principles.
• Experience building scalable dashboards and shared datasets for large stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both operational teams and leadership.
• Structured analytical problem‑solving skills and ability to define practical data‑driven solutions.
• Proven execution ability in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities.
