Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support multiple business segments and help improve the efficiency of our sales organization. In this role you will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and process improvements that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report key sales and services metrics.
• Support operational initiatives such as sales goaling, variable compensation, territory design and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain sales resources including Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint sites, contract management tools and pricing documentation.
• Provide sales tracking, reporting and analytical support to leadership and business partners.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
• Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Variable Compensation, IT and HR to improve processes.
• Document operational processes and maintain workflow documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales reporting, operational processes and business systems.
• Collaborative mindset and continuous‑improvement orientation.
