Sales Operations Analyst – Data‑Driven Sales Support

About the role

The Sales Operations Analyst will provide analytical and operational support to the LNNA sales organization at LexisNexis, a global leader in content, tools, and analytics. You will help turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue and improve decision‑making across the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to sales management.
• Work cross‑functionally with other departments.
• Enhance and improve operational efficiencies within the sales organization.
• Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and contribute to sales support system requirements.
• Track sales performance metrics and drive process improvement.
• Manage and lead projects.
• Apply best practices and business knowledge to improve products or services.
• Serve as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in a sales organization.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Reside in Ohio, United States.
• Experience analyzing data and identifying improvement areas.
• Proficiency with SQL and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Ability to influence and interact with senior leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven success in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
