Sales Manager – US Market

About the role

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to own end‑to‑end sales execution for the US market. You will lead a high‑volume inbound sales team, optimise CRM processes, and drive revenue growth across residential, commercial and institutional glass solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise CRM and sales operations, including pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, data hygiene and inbound workflows.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, conduct performance reviews and recruit new talent.
• Manage high‑volume inbound lead flow, ensure rapid response times and balanced workload distribution.
• Set and enforce call quality and communication standards; review calls, coach objection handling and develop supporting channels (SMS, email).
• Analyse performance metrics (conversion rate, close rate, average deal value, speed to lead, revenue per rep) and launch data‑backed improvement initiatives.
• Identify and solve problems proactively, continuously improving sales processes, marketing collaboration and customer engagement.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a high‑volume, inbound‑driven environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented attitude.
