Sales Manager – Real Estate (Spring Lake, NJ)

About the role

The Sales Manager will partner with the Branch Manager to drive Coldwell Banker’s value proposition in Spring Lake, NJ. This role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and supporting agents to increase production while fostering a high‑performance office culture.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain productive sales associates in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Coach and mentor agents on business strategy, growth tactics, and use of company tools.
• Support day‑to‑day branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth.
• Leverage preferred service relationships and external market contacts to enhance business opportunities.
• Represent the company’s value proposition to clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, RESPA, Fair Housing, and applicable state and federal laws.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience selling real estate.
• Active real estate license.
• Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated P&L understanding.
• Experience in training, coaching, and leading teams (preferred).
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems.
