Sales Manager – Northeast Region (NJ & MA)

About the role

HSCP Service Company LLC, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its presence in the Northeast United States, specifically New Jersey and Massachusetts. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting product launches, and shaping market strategies for our cannabis brands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations and territory account managers in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
• Develop and execute differentiated market strategies for each state.
• Identify product launch requirements and support roll‑out of new offerings.
• Analyze competitor pricing and promotional tactics, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, buyers, and influencers.
• Design and manage promotional and discount programs with partners.
• Gather and disseminate competitive intelligence across internal teams.
• Collaborate with field marketing and sales teams to plan events and training.
