Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Aaron’s, you will be a key driver of the customer experience in our retail and lease‑to‑own stores. You’ll generate leads, close agreements, process renewals, and keep our showroom floors organized while building lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and close sales agreements.
• Process renewal payments and manage customer accounts.
• Maintain showroom presentation by handling and moving merchandise.
• Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
• Set sales goals and implement marketing strategies to drive new business.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Support deliveries when a driver is unavailable.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Aptitude for marketing and a desire to make a difference for customers.
• Age 21 + (18 + in Canada).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of college or prior management experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license meeting DOT requirements (U.S.).
• Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb unassisted and 300 lb with a dolly.
