Sales Manager in Training – Home Improvement

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is a fast‑growing home improvement company seeking top‑performing sales professionals to join a two‑quarter Sales Manager in Training program. The role combines in‑home sales of windows, roofing, siding, gutters and doors with a clear pathway to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Master the in‑home sales system and sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example, set performance standards, and meet all key performance benchmarks.
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride‑alongs, coaching, and team trainings.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, sales meetings, and drive team culture and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in home improvement or a similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2 M+ in annual revenue or elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high‑ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential and competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high‑performing team.
