About the role

Key responsibilities

• Master our in‑home sales process, leveraging pre‑qualified appointments (2–3 homeowners daily) without cold calling.
• Drive net sales and enhance customer experience by applying high‑closing techniques.
• Develop leadership skills through hands‑on coaching and mentorship from senior managers.
• Gain exposure to training programs and team development initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven sales success in high‑ticket environments.
• Background in in‑home sales, mortgage/finance, high‑ticket B2C sales, or sales leadership positions within any high‑ticket industry.
