Sales Manager in Training – Fast‑Growing Home Improvement Company

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a two‑quarter Sales Manager in Training program. In the first quarter you will master the company’s in‑home sales system, selling windows, roofing, siding, gutters and doors while meeting key performance benchmarks and demonstrating professionalism. The second quarter focuses on leadership: you will mentor new sales representatives, lead team huddles and trainings, drive culture and accountability, and assist with onboarding future top producers. Candidates must have at least three years of proven sales success in home improvement or a similar field, a track record of generating $2 million+ in annual revenue, and experience selling high‑ticket products. Strong communication, a competitive mindset and a desire to grow into sales leadership are essential. The role offers uncapped earnings potential with on‑target earnings of $150 k–$300 k+, weekly commissions, performance bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits after 30 days, and ongoing leadership development through coaching and workshops. The position is full‑time, requires weekend availability and occasional travel for training, and is based onsite with in‑home sales activities.
