Sales Manager – Home Remodeling

About the role

The Retail Sales Manager leads a high‑performing team of Replacement Sales Consultants to grow market share and achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. This role spends over 50% of time in the field, coaching consultants, observing customer interactions, and reinforcing a consultative sales process. The manager is data‑driven, people‑focused, and hands‑on to ensure team success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Replacement Sales Consultants to consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular field ride‑alongs to observe, coach, and reinforce the structured Replacement Sales Process.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high‑performing sales talent in collaboration with HR.
• Champion a customer‑first mindset, driving toward 100% “Very Satisfied” survey results and addressing escalated concerns.
• Partner with marketing and lead generation teams to maximize campaign ROI and conversion.
• Collaborate with Installation and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience in consultative, in‑home, or construction‑based selling environments.
• Strong track record of coaching, motivating, and developing a high‑performance sales team.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and smart devices.
