Sales Manager – Home Improvement

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to lead a field‑based team in the home improvement sector. You will drive revenue growth by building and coaching a top‑tier sales force while leveraging the company’s proven sales system.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives through classes, workshops, and on‑site development.
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and ensure quota achievement.
• Manage schedules, handle cancel‑save appointments, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to develop talent.
• Foster a high‑performing team culture aligned with the mission “A Different Experience.”

Required profile

• One‑call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a sales‑management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills.
