Sales Manager – Fuel & Convenience (Business Development)

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development for its Fuel & Convenience segment in the United States. The role will act as the primary face of Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, driving growth of value‑added solutions across the fuel retail market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles and account management for the Fuel & Convenience vertical.
• Engage C‑suite and senior executives to present Mastercard Services solutions.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Set and execute the commercial agenda for the assigned territory.
• Partner with Mastercard US Market Development segment leads to support strategic and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure optimal go‑to‑market execution and value delivery.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and monetize senior client relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling complex, solution‑based services to large enterprises.
• Strong commercial drive and strategic thinking.
