Sales Manager – Exterior Home Remodeling

About the role

We’re seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders within our fast‑growing exterior home remodeling business.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives by running comprehensive training classes and workshops to ensure they master the one‑call close process.
• Lead weekly sales meetings, track individual and team performance metrics, and drive quota achievement through strategic coaching.
• Conduct ride‑alongs and provide in‑field coaching to reinforce best practices and improve closing rates.
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and personalized coaching to continuously develop the team.
• Build and maintain a positive, high‑performing team culture that aligns with company goals and growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven one‑call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling sales.
• At least three years of sales experience, with a minimum of one year in a sales management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
