About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program as a Sales Management Trainee. You will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers, partners, and gaining operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line customer service and represent the Enterprise brand.
• Support sales and marketing activities to generate new business.
• Assist with finance and daily operations of the branch.
• Build relationships within the local community to grow the branch’s customer base.
• Participate in mentorship, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or within one semester of graduation).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn and develop a career in sales, business development, or operations.
