Sales Leader

About the role

Centerfield is looking for a contract Sales Leader to drive a high‑performing team of Sales Specialists. You will inspire, coach, and guide up to 20 members handling inbound calls, leads, and web orders for home and business services, ensuring they exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 20 Sales Specialists handling inbound contacts.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with operational standards and sales/service level goals.
• Coach, develop, and provide feedback to team members to boost performance and engagement.
• Make data‑driven, customer‑focused decisions that align with business objectives.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to broader organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive results and foster employee development.
• Enthusiastic, motivational personality thriving in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of sales leadership or supervisory experience.
• Prior contact‑center experience, preferably in inbound sales.
• Ability to understand, implement, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Team player who performs well under pressure.
