Sales Executive - Mobility Software & Services

About the role

Bosch Mobility is looking for a senior Sales Executive to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for its mobility software and services portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to automotive OEM software leaders and help shape the Software‑Defined Vehicle ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation and cross‑divisional development activities for future product generations.
• Establish and sustain trust‑based partnerships with senior stakeholders such as Chief Software Officers, VPs and Directors of Software Development and Procurement.
• Listen to and fully understand customers’ software and service strategies, architectural roadmaps and technology stack preferences.
• Influence customer approaches by showcasing Bosch’s capabilities, thought leadership and relevant use cases.
• Engage in discussions on business models including direct sales, licensing, co‑creation frameworks, joint ventures and subscription models.
• Align identified customer needs and strategic initiatives with Bosch’s solution portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive software sales and a deep understanding of the software‑defined vehicle landscape.
• Strategic thinker capable of building long‑term relationships with senior software executives at OEMs.
• Strong ability to co‑create solutions and influence customer roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for complex, multi‑year agreements.
• Track record of driving revenue growth in a technology‑focused environment.
