Sales Engineer – Aggregate & Mining Industry

About the role

The company, a specialized technical sales organization serving the aggregate, mining and heavy‑industrial sectors, is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping quarry, mine and processing plant teams improve productivity, reduce downtime and achieve profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor to quarry, mine and plant management teams.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and operational reviews.
• Support applications involving crushing, screening, washing systems, wear parts, material handling equipment and process‑optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate customer operations and recommend solutions that boost efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal engineers, OEM partners and technical resources to design tailored solutions.
• Manage territory opportunities, customer development plans and strategic growth initiatives while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining or related) or equivalent technical industry experience.
• Willingness to work in quarry, mining and processing environments.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including 2–3 overnight stays per week.
