Sales & Education Specialist – South Florida

About the role
tarte™ is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Specialist to represent the brand at designated stores across South Florida. You will be the primary point of contact for store teams, delivering product education, driving sales, and supporting in‑store events to increase brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores daily and act as the day‑to‑day brand liaison.
- Achieve targeted sales goals for each location.
- Coordinate and schedule in‑store sales support, events, and education initiatives.
- Educate Sephora, ULTA, Macy’s staff on product knowledge, artistry, and selling techniques.
- Partner with store teams to plan and execute brand events that boost sales.
- Evaluate store sales performance and build strong retailer relationships.
Required profile
- Passion for the retail environment, especially beauty and cosmetics.
- Proven experience in beauty retail or related sales roles.
- Self‑starter with strong selling and consultative skills.
- Ability to follow retailer guidelines and standards.
- Enjoys a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
