Sales & Education Executive

About the role

The Sales & Education Executive will drive business development for Dior Parfums in the Atlanta market, focusing on key open‑sell retailers such as Sephora and Ulta. You will be the brand’s on‑site ambassador, ensuring a premium client experience and delivering on sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory‑specific plan to exceed sales goals, market rank and penetration.
• Implement brand programs across Sephora and Ulta, managing product launches, visual merchandising and 360° brand execution.
• Achieve and surpass CRM benchmarks by building strong relationships with retailer beauty advisors and store management.
• Recruit, train and mentor Dior Brand Ambassadors, Market Leads, Selling Specialists and freelancers.
• Collaborate with internal partners (HR, Merchandising, Retail Education, Retail Events) to optimise assortment, inventory and omni‑channel client experience.
• Maintain regular presence at the counter and in‑store to uphold Dior’s brand image.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics sales, preferably with Sephora or Ulta.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with retailer teams and ability to influence store performance.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and competitive landscape.
• Leadership capability to supervise and develop a small sales team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and maintain an on‑site presence.

Required skills

• Omni‑channel expertise, including knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com integration.
• Ability to execute visual merchandising standards and product launch initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
