Sales & Education Executive

About the role

The Sales & Education Executive will join Dior's US Field Sales team in Atlanta, driving business development across key beauty retailers such as Sephora and Ulta. The role combines sales performance, brand education, and on‑site client experience to reinforce Dior’s luxury image.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory‑specific plan to exceed sales targets, market rank and penetration.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape with the Area Manager to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with retailer beauty advisors, store management, merchandising and retail education teams to enhance CRM, assortment and visual merchandising.
• Maintain expertise in retailer CRM programs and Dior.com initiatives to deliver a seamless omni‑channel client experience.
• Ensure consistent brand image and 360° execution of product launches and visual displays.
• Create weekly, monthly and annual market strategies aligned with business priorities and events.
• Manage budgets, staffing and travel & expense reconciliation to optimise selling specialist productivity.
• Oversee profitability and ROI, monitoring P&L implications where applicable.
• Lead and develop Market Leads, Selling Specialists and freelancers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or beauty retail sales, preferably within Sephora or Ulta environments.
• Strong ability to build relationships with retailer staff and customers.
• Leadership experience managing teams or freelancers.
• Analytical mindset for market analysis and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the Dior brand.
