Sales Director – Spanish Speaking

About the role

Thought Machine is seeking a Sales Director who is fluent in Spanish to lead new‑business efforts across mid‑market, regional and challenger banks in the Americas. The role focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives for Tier 2‑5 banks, helping them replace legacy systems with modern, cloud‑native core and payments platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present high‑impact proposals that align with the digital transformation goals of Tier 2‑5 banks.
• Own end‑to‑end lead generation, from identifying target accounts to mapping stakeholders.
• Navigate and influence key decision‑makers to accelerate the sales cycle and achieve consensus.
• Consistently exceed annual sales targets for software licensing and professional services in the AMER region.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver agile, segment‑specific solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in selling technology solutions to mid‑market and regional banks.
• Strong experience in the financial services sector, particularly with core banking and payments platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple institutions.
