About the role

François & Co. is seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop its sales organization. The role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for driving revenue, margin, and growth across premium design products.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage all Sales Representatives and Inside Technical Sales staff.
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high‑performing sales talent.
Set and monitor individual and team sales quotas, gross‑margin targets, and pipeline health.
Design, manage, and optimize sales territories to maximize market coverage.
Conduct regular forecast and pipeline reviews, ensuring accurate sales projections.
Maintain CRM compliance, enforce sales policies, and drive adoption of best‑practice processes.

Required profile

Proven experience leading large sales teams and delivering on revenue goals.
Strong coaching and performance‑management capabilities.
Ability to develop territory strategies and adjust based on market conditions.
Excellent analytical skills for forecasting and pipeline evaluation.
