Sales Director – Exterior Home Remodeling

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is looking for a hands‑on Sales Director to lead and expand its exterior home‑remodeling sales team. You will drive daily operations, coach reps, and help the company reach its nationwide growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives through classes and workshops.
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and ensure quota achievement.
• Conduct 4–5 ride‑alongs per week and generate 3+ personal leads weekly.
• Adjust schedules, manage cancel‑save appointments, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Foster a positive, high‑performing team culture aligned with company objectives.

Required profile

• One‑call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling (required).
• 3+ years in sales, with 2+ years in sales management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
