Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Bitwave is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives. The role focuses on researching target accounts, and conducting outreach via email, calls and social media in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up discovery meetings with qualified new‑logo prospects.
• Qualify leads from marketing activities as sales opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of Bitwave’s solutions and stay updated on product releases and industry trends.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with prospects, articulating Bitwave’s unique value proposition.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting of all sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven success in a prior SDR role, preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
• Exceptional communication, analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with an SDR tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interest in blockchain technology and crypto (DeFi, NFTs, Web3).
