Sales Development Representative – Remote (US ET)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company as a Sales Development Representative. You will work remotely on a full‑time schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, conducting high‑volume outbound outreach to nursing homes and long‑term care facilities to generate qualified staffing leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make 130‑150+ outbound calls daily to directors of nursing, administrators and other decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or demo meetings based on internal criteria.
• Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural and consultative.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, call strategies and conversion metrics.
• Participate in role‑plays, coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of SDR or high‑volume outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to sustain 130‑150+ calls per day with quality conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written English with minimal accent.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work full‑time U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Experience with Dialpad or other cloud‑based calling platforms.
• Familiarity with lead enrichment, prospecting or AI‑powered sales tools.
