Sales Development Representative – Orlando, FL

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for loan applicants, engaging them through high‑volume outbound calls, texts, and emails. This entry‑level position supports the sales process by qualifying prospects, gathering required documentation, and feeding accurate information to the credit team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200‑300 outbound calls daily to loan applicants using an automated dialer.
• Engage prospects via phone, text, and email, building trust and guiding them through the application process.
• Collect and verify applicant information, enter data accurately into the designated database, and maintain detailed call records.
• Follow communication scripts, promote National Funding products honestly, and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer personally identifiable information (PII) and company records.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Strong, confident phone voice with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Independent, go‑getter mindset with a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and basic mathematical proficiency.
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) – a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Base salary $49,920 per year ($24.00/hour) plus monthly commissions.
• First‑year earning potential of $75,000+ total compensation.
