Sales Development Representative – Menlo Park (On-site)

About the role

Reconstruct is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Visual Command Center team in Menlo Park. You will help generate qualified leads for AI‑driven SaaS platforms that monitor large‑scale assets such as data centers, airports, and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential accounts, identify key contacts, and build targeted prospect lists.
• Create and execute outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to secure meetings with decision‑makers.
• Conduct high‑level conversations to convey Reconstruct’s value proposition and qualify pain points.
• Provide feedback to Sales, Engineering, and Marketing on product messaging and positioning.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot, tracking all interactions and data.
• Consistently meet or exceed qualified sales opportunity targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B software sales development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and high energy.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and process‑driven.
• Four‑year university degree or equivalent experience.
