Sales Development Representative – Legal & Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Legal & Professional team. In this position you will generate qualified business opportunities, support customer retention and help drive revenue growth for LexisNexis Legal & Professional.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers and key decision‑makers.
• Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified appointments and create real business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outbound outreach and lead‑generation activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales.
• Strong listening and quick‑thinking abilities, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on following defined processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Google Chrome web browser.
• Use of LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
