Sales Development Representative – LATAM (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Datadog is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its LATAM team. You will prospect, qualify, and generate leads for IT and technology innovators, helping them understand Datadog’s value in cloud migration and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional Datadog teams to align on target accounts.
• Drive initial prospect qualification and schedule discovery meetings.
• Develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns via cold calls and emails.
• Apply a defined sales methodology to uncover customer needs.
• Track activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
