Sales Development Representative

About the role

Aiva is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to generate new business opportunities for its cloud‑based real‑estate platform. You will engage prospective customers across the United States and Canada, understand their challenges, and introduce them to Aiva’s technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Aiva’s platform and its benefits for real‑estate agents.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls and emails to present the platform.
• Identify client needs and demonstrate how the solution addresses those needs.
• Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives.
• Report activity and performance metrics to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
• Stay informed about new real‑estate products and services.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or similar role in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on problem solving.
• Experience with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and email outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of residential real‑estate or real‑estate marketing is a plus.
