Sales Development Representative

About the role

Glimpse is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to help scale its AI platform for consumer packaged goods brands. As an early‑stage hire, you will generate new business opportunities, engage prospects, and help shape the company’s top‑of‑funnel processes while working onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Generation: proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Outreach: conduct cold calls and LinkedIn direct messages to secure qualified meetings.
• Field Sales: represent Glimpse at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to convert prospects.
• Collaboration: work closely with Sales, Growth, and the CEO to refine top‑of‑funnel strategy.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota (preferred).
• Comfortable with phone and in‑person rejection and persistent follow‑up.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in NYC and travel to conferences (~30%).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled sales tools like Clay.
