Sales Development Representative (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join the Docket sales team. In this hybrid/remote position you will help expand our presence in the roll‑off dumpster rental market by generating new business opportunities and feeding qualified leads to our account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, texts, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) to identify potential customers.
• Qualify inbound leads received as a result of outreach efforts.
• Manage the full sales development cycle, from initial contact to scheduling meetings for account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in the CRM.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Docket and ServiceCore SaaS solutions to effectively communicate value.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a persistent, results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Comfort with high volume cold calling and multi‑channel outreach.
