About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing sales teams in San Francisco, New York or Chicago. This hybrid position combines remote work with office days and focuses on generating new business by qualifying inbound leads and driving outbound campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Run targeted campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
  • Maintain accurate communication records in Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with Account Executives to design industry‑specific outreach strategies.
  • Schedule product demonstrations between account executives and potential customers.
  • Leverage Sales Navigator for social selling and lead identification.
  • Conduct high‑volume calls with decision‑makers to uncover business pain points.

Required profile

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Interest in technology‑driven sales solutions.
  • Self‑motivated with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
