Sales Development Representative – Bilingual Spanish

About the role

We are looking for elite, bilingual Sales Development Representatives to join the Coaching Sales division of Robbins Research International. This remote, U.S.-only position focuses on marketing and enrolling prospects into our Results Coaching Program via telephone, with a strong emphasis on personal growth and high‑impact sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle scheduled sales calls and convert them into coaching sales, down‑sells, or cross‑sells.
• Execute outbound calls to qualify leads and sell coaching programs and other RRI products.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals, emphasizing down‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Occasionally travel to sell coaching at RRI events.
• Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Coaching Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years recent sales experience with a proven record as a top producer, preferably in inside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a high‑performance culture.
• Strong consultative selling skills and a passion for personal development.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities with a global clientele.
• Resilient, coachable, and driven by a relentless hunger for success.
