Sales Coordinator – Formulation Sales

About the role

Join Debut Biotech’s Commercial Formulation Sales team as a Sales Coordinator, focusing on the beauty industry. You will be the first point of contact, identifying and qualifying prospective brand partners for our biotech‑driven formulation services and scheduling introductory meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels to uncover new beauty brands seeking custom or white‑label formulations.
• Research and build target account lists, map key decision‑makers (R&D, product development, marketing, executive leadership) and craft personalized outreach.
• Qualify leads against fit, timing, budget and need criteria before handing them to the sales team.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings and maintain consistent follow‑up cadences.
• Track all activity, lead status and outcomes in the Monday.com CRM.
• Develop a working understanding of Debut’s biotechnology platform and value proposition to generate interest.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in business development coordination, lead generation or sales/account support, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting or cold outreach with measurable results (responses, meetings booked, pipeline generated).
• Highly self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % for industry events.
