Sales Consultant (Lease-Up)

About the role

As a Sales Consultant for the Aspendale Scottsdale community, you will be instrumental during the lease‑up phase, helping to establish the property’s market presence while driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospective residents from the first tour through long‑term residency, delivering an exceptional living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Handle credit screening, criminal background checks, lease preparation, and move‑in packages to ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Collect and record pertinent information from prospective residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral programs, to drive traffic and occupancy.
