About the role

Join Belle, a fast‑growing home‑healthcare engagement company, as a Sales Call Center Agent. You will reach out to seniors across the United States, introduce them to Belle’s in‑home foot health assessments, and schedule visits with our specialized technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls from a provided lead list to educate seniors about lower‑extremity health and chronic care management.
• Build rapport and trust through clear, compassionate communication.
• Overcome objections and address concerns using Belle’s proven sales script.
• Schedule in‑home health assessments and ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.
• Update CRM records with call outcomes and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Medicare sales, health‑insurance enrollment, telemarketing, or senior‑focused services (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, persistent attitude.
• Ability to handle objections effectively and work independently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and call‑center software.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or another language) are a plus.
