Sales Associate (Stylist) – Outlet Store

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate (Stylist) to join our Levi’s® Outlet Store in Orlando, FL. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote our heritage products, and help drive sales while maintaining the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product line.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping in line with visual standards.
• Perform rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices for sales and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Organized, methodical, adaptable, and consistent.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID inventory processes.
