Sales Associate – Retail Stylist (Tempe, AZ)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Associate (Stylist) for its Tempe, AZ store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel, suggest looks based on trends and promotions, and promote the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, set up floor displays, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with store management on escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Customer service and sales proficiency.
• Cash handling and basic merchandising operations.
