Sales Associate – Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate (Stylist) to join our Las Vegas store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create an engaging shopping experience that reflects our brand heritage and commitment to sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel, offering style advice aligned with current trends and promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel sales.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment tasks.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing, including shipment receipt and floor set.
• Basic inventory management and markdown execution.
